Let's face it, change isn't always easy and the truth is, if you are sick, unhappy, imbalanced, dissatisfied, frustrated or any other feelings that are less than optimal it means something needs to, you guessed it, change.
I'm guessing you've tried other things, you've read books, taken classes, talked to your doctor and still haven't found the combination to help you feel better and live the life that feels good to you.
That's where I come in:
I've spent my life gathering information, experiences, in essence, TOOLS to help not only myself but others transform their lives into something that feels not just good but great. In fact, I specialize in situations that have been all but written off by mainstream medical providers. Believe it or not it IS easier than you think. So, if it's so easy how do we begin?
Step 1 -
Start with a discovery session... 15 minutes of no-nonsense conversation about what you need to Live Well. Once you decide you're really ready to live your life differently, then we get to jump into some cataclysmic change making.
Step 2 -
We schedule our first meeting. Then we schedule the rest. Over the next 8 sessions, we work together to identify the root causes of whatever doesn't feel good. It could be biological, psychological, spiritual, or more than likely all three; no worries, we will find it and shift it. In the meantime, we will also be working on rearranging your lifestyle to one that fits just perfect. (Kind of like having your closet magically reorganized and filled with only those things that fit perfectly, look amazing, and feel delicious to wear... only better!!)
We mix up a little bit of science with a little bit of intuition and a lot of room for self-discovery and mastery; physically, mentally/emotionally, and spiritually. We tweak, we adjust, we play (believe it or not we laugh and enjoy the process), we get serious, we reinvent or better yet, uncover the REAL you. Think about it you've got nothing to lose but your current discomforts and issues and everything to gain.
